Shipping & delivery policy.

This policy applies to vehicle and product orders contracted with 77 EV GLOBAL PTE. LTD. for the ANT CART brand.

U.S. delivery service

Door-to-door delivery can be arranged throughout the United States. Service availability depends on the destination, vehicle, order size, access conditions, and carrier availability. Delivery may be performed by an independent freight or vehicle transport provider.

Shipping charges

Delivery is not automatically free. Freight, handling, accessorial, redelivery, storage, remote-area, or similar charges are quoted for the specific order and destination. Any free-delivery offer applies only when expressly stated in the written quote or order confirmation.

Delivery timing

We do not publish a fixed delivery time because timing varies by inventory status, configuration, destination, carrier scheduling, weather, customs, and other circumstances. Any estimated dispatch or delivery date is an estimate unless the written order documents expressly state otherwise. The sales team will provide available timing information for the specific order.

Receiving and inspection

The customer or an authorized adult must be available to receive the shipment when required by the carrier. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the vehicle and packaging for visible damage, note any damage on the carrier document, and take clear photos or video. Report a serious quality issue or shipping damage promptly with the order number, serial number when available, delivery record, and supporting evidence.

International orders

International delivery may be available by written quotation. The applicable trade terms, freight, insurance, customs documentation, duties, taxes, clearance, and destination charges will be stated or allocated in the order documents. Customers must ensure that vehicles are lawful and suitable for use in their destination market.

Contracting company

All quotations, commercial transactions, invoices, and payments are contracted and processed by 77 EV GLOBAL PTE. LTD., UEN 202542837D, 152 Beach Road, #36-00, Gateway East, Singapore 189721.
